Deputy Manager, Inclusive Specialist Pre-school and Nursery ( Term time only)
Are you experienced Deputy Manager who would like to join our SEND teacher-led team of dedicated SENCOs and play a key role in leading our inclusive specialist pre-school and nursery provision?
This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to make a genuine, lasting difference in the lives of young children with SEND. You will be part of a nurturing, highly skilled team committed to delivering exceptional, inclusive education where every child’s needs are recognised, supported, and celebrated.
Although experience of working with children with SEND is desirable, it is not essential, and you don’t need to hold a SENCO qualification to apply.
We are totally committed to investing in our people, offering comprehensive, hands-on training alongside access to the Level 3 SENCO Award. We actively support career progression, and our existing Deputy Manager joined without SEND qualifications. With our support, she has gained the skills and confidence to move into a specialist primary school role.
If you are driven, caring, and ready to take the next step in your leadership journey, we would love to hear from you.
