Olivelli - Mayfair is an Italian restaurant specialising in authentic Sicilian cuisine.
A waiter/waitress is currently being recruited to join the team.

Please note that this position cannot be accommodated on a mornings-only schedule, or with weekends days off, or on a typical daytime Monday-to-Friday working pattern.
Full availability from Monday to Sunday is required, with shifts scheduled according to the restaurant's operational needs. Evening and weekend availability is essential and is a fundamental requirement of the role.

Essential Requirements:
- Strong sales ability
- Excellent customer service skills

Working Hours:

Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Good communication skills and team spirit
