Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Barber Shop manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the barber shop, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and assisting with various tasks to maintain smooth service delivery. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist with their enquiries in a courteous manner
- complete consultation and the service to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop, including sanitising workstations and tools
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and managing bookings
- Restock supplies such as hair products, towels, and other essentials as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued
- Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of hair styling or barbering techniques is a must
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt to busy periods
