Thanks to our outstanding customer service and continued growth, we're expanding our Domestic Sales Team and are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Domestic Sales Advisor to join us.

The Role
This role is focused entirely on our domestic customer base. You'll be responsible for handling inbound enquiries from customers looking for heating oil, while also making outbound calls to existing and previous customers to build relationships, generate repeat business, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
This is a busy, target-driven role where you will spend the majority of your day on the phone. We expect a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, so we're looking for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, works with energy and enthusiasm, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from domestic heating oil customers.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to existing and previous customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Accurately update customer records using our CRM system.
- Achieve individual call, sales, and performance targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
What We're Looking For
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Someone who enjoys speaking to people and building relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working towards call and sales targets.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where activity is key.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
