Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our two Pro Dental practice based in Harley street and 2nd in Marylebone London, both clinic are within 5 minute walk from each other. If you’re an experienced Dental Practice Manager/Receptionist/treatment Co Ordinator with a strong focus on patient care we’re keen to hear from you.
Pro Dental specialise in Orthodontics, cosmetic, Implants and full mouth reconstruction so applicant. MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE in these fields.
What you’ll do:
- Day to day customer service
- Front of house management
- Treatment co ordinating / signing up patients when required
- Ensuring professional clinical operational standards are met
- Maintaining excellent customer service at all times throughout all areas of the practice
- Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets of the practice ( diary book management, patient recalls, take up and treatment plans)
- Manage relationships with clinical teams, resolving all issues in an effective and timely manner, e.g. patient complaints, performance
- Ensure full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (i.e. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
- Review, monitor and analyse the P&L to ensure appropriate actions are in place to achieve targets
- Develop and maintain third party relationships
