Aro Recruitment is looking for reliable, hardworking and detail-focused Room Attendants / Housekeeping professionals to join our growing hospitality team.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of hotels in London, supporting busy Housekeeping teams and helping maintain high standards for every guest.
What you’ll be doing
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to hotel standards
- Making beds and replacing linen and towels
- Cleaning bathrooms and guest areas
- Replenishing amenities and room supplies
- Reporting maintenance issues, damages and lost property
- Following hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Using cleaning products and chemicals safely
- Supporting Housekeeping teams during busy periods
What we’re looking for
- Previous Housekeeping or Room Attendant experience within hotels or hospitality
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and organisation
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safe handling procedures and COSHH guidelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work different shifts where required
