Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our Cheltenham-based HQ team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role will initially focus on core office administration, trainer support and operational coordination. As your knowledge and confidence grow, there will be opportunities to become increasingly involved in client relations and wider business support responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be calm, reliable, organised and professional, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Due to the nature of our work, excellent written and spoken English is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and operational support
- Supporting trainers and the wider HQ team with day-to-day coordination
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails professionally
- Creating, filing and sending certificates and course documentation
- Preparing and printing course materials
- Updating spreadsheets, records and internal systems accurately
- Supporting clients with course information and administration
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination tasks
- Maintaining professional standards and confidentiality at all times
Progression & Development
As part of the role, the successful candidate will gradually gain experience in:

Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)
Applicants must demonstrate the following:
- Must live in Cheltenham or the surrounding area and be able to work fully office-based
- Highly competent, localised English language skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised and methodical
- Friendly, professional and polite
- Calm and able to work effectively in a busy office
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Confident communicating by telephone and email
- Reliable, adaptable and supportive as part of a small team
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Excel
Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Excellent communication skills, including handling inbound and outbound calls
- Strong administrative and organisational capability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident IT user (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
- Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Highly literate, with strong customer service and client relationship skills
- Previous experience within a corporate, training, healthcare or regulated environment is advantageous

Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary: £24,800 per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week)
- Probationary review: Upon successful completion of 6-month probation, you will then be eligible for a discretionary performance-related bonus.
- Performance-related bonus on completion of probation period: Eligibility for a discretionary bonus, subject to individual performance and business results
