About the Opportunities
Clacton-on-Sea Join a well-established branch in the heart of a thriving coastal community. You'll work closely with a busy estate agency team, helping a wide range of first-time buyers, home movers and remortgage customers achieve their property ambitions.
Witham Be part of a dynamic and fast-paced branch located within a key commuter market. With a strong pipeline of business and excellent local presence, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with a diverse customer base while developing your advice and sales expertise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting detailed fact-finds to understand customers' needs and financial circumstances.
- Delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice.
- Supporting customers throughout their home-buying journey.
- Building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise opportunities.
- Managing leads effectively and providing outstanding customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
- CeMAP qualified or actively studying towards completion.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated, target-driven and eager to develop a long-term career in financial services.
- Ability to build trust and confidence with customers from all backgrounds.
