Christopher Brian is working with a well-established Salisbury law firm that is continuing to grow and expand, looking for a Property Fee Earner to join its team.
One of the biggest attractions of this opportunity is the chance to work closely with a new Head of Department who is keen to train, support and develop people within the team.
You’ll be given responsibility, but you’ll also have someone experienced around you to help strengthen your technical knowledge and get you to the point where you feel genuinely confident and ready for qualification.
The role:
- Managing and progressing your own property matters, depending on experience
- Handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and related transactions
- Having direct contact with the firm’s clients throughout their matters
- Drafting documentation, raising enquiries and progressing transactions
- Working closely with the Head of Department on more technical matters
- Gradually increasing your responsibility as your confidence develops
Who are they looking for?
This could suit an experienced Paralegal or Property Fee Earner who already understands conveyancing but wants a clearer route towards qualification.
You don't need to know everything already. The firm is looking for someone with a good foundation, the right attitude and a genuine desire to develop.
