As we grow & develop at Blockley Cafe we are looking for an enthusiastic & passionate Front of House Team Member to join our team. You must be a strong team player, be able to adapt your pace of work to demand, flexible & able to think on your own feet.
We look forward to welcoming a bubbly, hard working & loyal person to our friendly team. We are open 7 days a week, all year round and also serve dinner Wednesday - Saturday too, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings & weekends is essential. Your days will consist of straight shifts but your ability to be flexible is vital. Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment would be highly advantageous but not essential. Training with our coffee supplier New Ground, cheese training from Neal's Yard Dairy & wine tasting with our wine merchants, Vin Neuf, will be provided.

Duties
-Serving customers in a knowledgable & friendly manner.
-Ensure all duties and day-to-day tasks are being completed.
-Required to make & serve coffees.
-Setting up/opening Front of House areas ready for customers.
-Maintaining a clean & presentable cafe/front of house areas.
-Assisting with cleaning duties both front and back of house.
-Delivering a high level of customer service in line with our ethos.
-Learning our menus & offering to be able to inform customers & answer queries.
Pay: £12.75 per hour
