About us
Inka Arthouse is a global online wall art retailer. We work with emerging artists and ship their work to homes across the UK, Europe, the US and Australia. Every piece is printed and framed to order.
We're opening our new UK production facility in Sinfin and hiring the team that will run it. It's a start up feel inside an established, fast growing business, and as the site grows our team leader roles will come from the people who join now.
What you'll be doing
- Framing and assembling artworks
- Preparing and rolling unframed prints
- Packing orders for dispatch
- Quality checking completed orders
- Picking frames, prints and packaging materials
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
- Helping across production areas as needed
What we're looking for
- Warehouse, production, pick and pack or dispatch experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual, it's a small team so everyone counts
- Good attention to detail, this is handmade product going onto someone's wall
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Able to stand throughout the day and safely handle frames and boxes of roughly 15 to 30 kg, using team lifting or equipment where needed
- Available for extra hours during peak season, November to January
- Right to work in the UK
No framing or printing experience needed, we'll train you properly.

We're mainly hiring full time, but we'll consider part time for the right person. Tell us the hours you're after when you apply.
All offers are subject to proof of right to work in the UK, satisfactory references, a basic background check and a pre-employment health questionnaire relating to the requirements of the role.
