The Women & Girls Health Promotion Specialist Nurse Advisor is a new senior nursing position within Sexual Health and HIV Services. This role combines specialised clinical practice with health promotion and service development. The individual in this position is responsible for improving sexual and reproductive health outcomes for women and girls in Camden and the larger North Central London area through community outreach, education, and the provision of specialised sexual and reproductive health care.

Experience at Band 6 level in Sexual & Reproductive Health
Excellent communication skills.

Deliver specialist sexual and reproductive healthcare, including contraception advice, STI screening, and health promotion interventions.
Lead community outreach programmes aimed at improving menstrual health, contraception access, and reducing health inequalities among women and girls.
Develop and deliver education and training sessions for schools, healthcare professionals, and community organisations.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to improve referral pathways and access to services.
Assess and support vulnerable individuals, ensuring appropriate safeguarding measures are implemented.
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to junior staff and students.
Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service development, quality improvement, and professional standards.
