Hairdresser – Self-Employed 50/50 Basis
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced hairdresser to join our salon on a self-employed 50/50 basis.
The salon is currently under new management, and we are working hard to build and grow our clientele. This is a great opportunity for a hairdresser who would like to build their own client base alongside the salon, without the commitment of a fixed weekly chair rental.
The Role
- Providing professional hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling and blow dries
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for clients
- Managing and growing your own client relationships
- Helping promote your services and attract new clients
- Maintaining a clean, professional and organised working area
- Working alongside the salon to help build a busy and successful client base
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified and experienced hairdresser
- Friendly, professional and reliable
- Confident working independently
- Passionate about hair and providing a high standard of service
- Willing to promote themselves and help grow their clientele
- Existing clientele is welcome but not essential
