Job Summary

Duties
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation of accounts, including updates to the Hoppecke Board
- Ensure Balance Sheet and P&L are correct
- Liaise with internal departments to assist them in achieving targets and analysing their financial and operational performance
- Prepare rolling budgets and forecasts
- Manage VAT returns
- Report on P&L
- Audit – provide all information requested and provide full explanations to any questions.
- Payroll – oversee submissions along with payments and journal entries along with forecasting and manage PAYE
- Post all Journals – DEP, Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue & Corrections
- Manage and support sub-ledgers
- Manage, support, and develop the finance team in order to achieve successful audits
- Be involved in stock control, stocktake and cell ordering, accounts receivable
- Manage banking including credit cards and payments and eBay
- Manage sub-ledger team and ensure successful audits
- Manage re-charges to HQ
Requirements
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced user of Excel and competent in developing and applying databases.
- Experience of working with SAP or a similar small business management system.
- AAT, CIMA or ACCA qualified
Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
