Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms to maintain precise financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor cash flow and optimise financial performance through effective management of receivables and payables.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Lead financial planning initiatives, analysing variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans based on financial data insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, accounting standards, and legislative changes affecting financial operations.

- Proven experience in financial management within a similar organisation or industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, alongside general accounting principles.
