We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant, to support our pupils in the company's SEMH school, situated in Ramsgate, Kent.
The successful candidate will support pupils to achieve their full potential academically and socially, emotionally. You will be joining an established team of professionals including other LSAs, Teachers, a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) and a Speech and Language Therapist (SALT).
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be a crucial part of the team supporting pupils to access the curriculum. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, creative, and resilient and be passionate about supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs.
Although previous knowledge is desirable, training and support will be provided to those individuals who can demonstrate the necessary commitment, patience and resilience to succeed in this challenging but extremely rewarding role.
This position offers Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm, for the academic year.
