We're looking for skilled Structural Craft Professionals to join a number of our operational plants at our Scunthorpe site. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a challenging and rewarding environment where your expertise will play a key role in supporting the safety, reliability, and performance of our assets.
As a Structural Craft Professional, you'll carry out a wide range of structural maintenance activities, ensuring our plant infrastructure remains safe, reliable, and fit for purpose. Whether responding to defects, carrying out repairs, or supporting planned maintenance work, you'll use your technical skills to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Working in a highly automated and technologically advanced setting, you'll be part of a team committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Safety is at the heart of everything we do, so you'll need a strong understanding of health and safety legislation, company procedures, and safe systems of work. You'll be confident identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing effective control measures while carrying out your duties.

What you Need to Bring
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need:
- A minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant structural, fabrication, welding, plating, or engineering discipline, or
- A recognised apprenticeship in a relevant trade.*
Ideally, you'll have experience in structural maintenance, repair, fabrication, or fault identification within a manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or heavy engineering environment. Just as importantly, you'll have the flexibility to adapt to new equipment, processes, and ways of working, along with the drive to continuously develop your skills.
Experience within the steel industry would be beneficial, but it's not essential. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in the role and build a rewarding long-term career with us.
*Evidence of qualifications/apprenticeship completion will be required.
