Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of one of our Clients Hotel.
This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows.

Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly environment at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems with confidence, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to support office operations
- Utilize computer skills across Opera PMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or medical/dental professionals as needed
- Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist within a professional environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and managing schedules
- Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles that require effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus for specialized roles requiring specific knowledge of appointment scheduling or insurance processing
