Overall job purpose
To support pupils aged 3 to 16 with communication and interaction difficulties in schools and specialist centres on Anglesey as part of an integrated ALN and Inclusion team, implement the ALN Code in relation to supporting pupils, establish effective working relationships with pupils while acting as a professional, deliver professional teaching work by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities within an agreed supervisory framework which may include planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals and groups and monitoring pupils as well as assessing, recording and reporting on their achievements, progress and development, and provide guidance and support to manage other teaching assistants including allocating and monitoring work, evaluation and training.
