Front of House & Bar Staff – Dough Eyed
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people to join our front of house team at Dough Eyed.
We're not a chain, and we don't want to be. Everything we do is built around quality ingredients, proper pizza, great drinks and warm, relaxed hospitality. We care about the little details, and we're looking for someone who does too.
Whether you're recommending the perfect beer with a pizza, welcoming a table on a busy Friday night or making sure every guest leaves wanting to come back, you'll play a huge part in the experience we create.
What You'll Be Doing
- Giving every guest a warm, genuine welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Delivering friendly, knowledgeable table service with confidence.
- Preparing and serving quality drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, coffee and soft drinks.
- Learning our menu so you can confidently recommend pizzas, drinks and specials.
- Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth, well-paced service.
- Keeping the restaurant and bar clean, organised and ready for service.
- Handling payments accurately and professionally.
- Helping create the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant, bar or hospitality experience is preferred, but attitude matters more than experience.
- Someone who enjoys being busy and thrives in a fast-paced service.
- A genuine interest in great food, drink and hospitality.
- Friendly, confident communication and the ability to build rapport with guests.
- High standards, good attention to detail and pride in your work.
- A team player who's happy to support wherever needed.
- Reliable, punctual and keen to learn.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
Experience:
- customer service : 3 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 3 years (required)
