Service Advisor - Acorn Kia St Helens.
Working Hours: 45 hours p/w
Monthly paid bonus & comms.
- Service Plan sales commission - £20 per plan
- Labour sales target bonus unlock at 90% achievement, annual OTE £4,800 plus opportunity to earn more on overachievement.
- Net Promotor Score (customer satisfaction bonus unlock at a score of 80 & top unlock at a score of 90, OTE £4,200 per annum.
- 45 hour week – Monday to Friday.
- Saturday’s every other 8am – 1pm (franchise standard) paid above the basic salary at their hourly rate.
- Annual eye tests & Flu vaccinations paid for by the company.
- Opportunity to enter the friends and family car scheme after 6 months.
- Employer pension contribution 3%
- 25 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day for the following 4 years once completing a full year of service between 1st Jan and 31st December – capped at 28 days.
