Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Vending Operator to fill up vending machines across a variety of sites across Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire on a fixed route, 3 days a week. The hours span over Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays. No weekend work.
Duties
- Fill up every morning from our Peterborough warehouse with stock for the coming day
- Attend sites on a fixed route refilling vending machines keeping them clean and stocked up.
- Collect cash takings and bring back to the office to be logged in and counted
- Be polite and friendly at all sites building up positive relationships
Skills Needed
- Experience as a delivery driver or commercial driver with a clean driving record, or the willingness to learn
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when loading or unloading cases of snacks and drinks
- Warehouse experience is a plus for managing inventory and stock organization
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance practices
