As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Manager to lead our field lead generation team.
The Role
This is not a hard-closing sales role. Your team will be responsible for generating quality leads by speaking with homeowners, creating interest in our solar solutions, and booking free, no-obligation consultations for our solar specialists.
As the Sales Manager, you'll , train, motivate, and manage a team of door-to-door lead generators, ensuring they consistently achieve targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of door-to-door lead generators.
- train, coach, and develop new team members.
- Conduct field coaching and accompany team members to improve performance.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Plan canvassing areas and maximise lead generation opportunities.
- Motivate the team through incentives, competitions, and ongoing support.
- Ensure all team members represent Cozy Home Solutions professionally and ethically.
- Report on team performance and identify opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing a door-to-door or field sales team.
- Experience in lead generation, home improvements, or renewable energy is highly desirable.
- A positive, hands-on leadership style.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Highly motivated with a passion for developing successful teams.
- Full UK driving licence .
