Rudis Bar, one of Swindon’s most iconic bars, is looking for an Assistant General Manager to assist in running the bar. We are seeking someone with a passion for hospitality and customer service who can lead our talented and amazing staff, inspire and bring the best out of everyone, and reach their full potential.
Your skills:
- Must be confident in handling money, understanding P&Ls, stock control, and meeting targets.
- Be a team player, work with the team, and support the General Manager through all ups and downs.
- Have a good knowledge of social media and be creative.
- Train our staff to reach their full potential and hire the right staff.
- Have some knowledge of safety, risk assessments, and licensing.
- Assist in creating rota and understanding costs.
- Be hands-on and be willing to help out wherever needed.
- Have a full UK Driving Licence
Job role: Full-time Permanent Salary: £28,000-£34,500
