Little Explorers is looking for a nursery practitioner to join our team in caring for and providing learning opportunities for children under 5.
Candidate should be qualified at at least a level 2 in childcare, knowledge of child development and experience is preferred.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
- Works well independently as well as part of a team
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development.
- Monitor children's progress and well-being, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Is enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Is a nurturing individual
- Works well under pressure
- Can use their own initiative
- Has a passion for helping little people to learn
Pay is dependent on age and experience

Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour
