Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to support our office operations. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries and taking messages as needed
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping activities
- Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and support special projects when necessary
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
- Good understanding of clerical procedures and administrative processes
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is desirable
