Sales Representative – Bristol & Surrounding Areas
Competitive Salary + Commission | OTE £30,000–£35,000 + Bonuses
We are a well-established confectionery company supplying and delivering a wide range of fast-selling confectionery products to independent retailers across the UK. Our head office is based in Hertfordshire, with distribution bases covering London, Wales, Bristol, the South Coast, Manchester, and the surrounding Home Counties.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.
Territory
This role covers Bristol and the surrounding areas, including:
- Weston-super-Mare
- Swindon
- Bath
- Gloucestershire
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and growing your designated sales territory by developing new business opportunities while maintaining and increasing sales with existing customers.
Our customer base includes:
- Independent Newsagents
- Convenience Stores
- Off-Licences
- Independent Supermarkets
This is a field-based role where you'll visit customers, build strong relationships, and promote our range of popular confectionery products. As our products are well-established and fast-selling, this is a relationship-focused sales role rather than a hard sell.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business within your allocated territory.
- Maintain and grow sales with existing customers.
- Visit customers regularly to build long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

- Full UK driving licence preferred.
