Sales Executive – Nestlé Convenience

Full Time, Permanent | Monday-Friday 37.5hrs
£25,000 - £26,500 + up to 20% bonus (up to £31,800 per annum OTE) | Company car
Territory: Coventry, Redditch, Leamington Spa and surrounds
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to represent Nestlé confectionery across a defined territory of local stores. You’ll be trusted to manage your area, build strong relationships, and drive sales through great in-store execution.
A Typical Day Could Include

Building relationships with store owners and decision makers

Helping retailers maximise sales opportunities within their store

Securing visibility for new product launches and seasonal campaigns

Using insights and sales data to identify growth opportunities

Ensuring Nestlé products are available, visible and easy to shop

Creating eye-catching displays that drive shopper engagement
-
Collecting stock from the cash & carry, including pushing trolleys & undertaking manual handling

Supporting promotional activity and increasing brand presence

Managing your own territory and planning effective store visits
You'll be the person who makes sure Nestlé brands stand out on shelf - and sell.
What We’re Looking For

Confident communicator who builds rapport easily

Commercially curious - you notice what sells and why

Comfortable working independently and managing your own time

Happy using mobile apps and basic sales data

Experience in field sales, retail, or merchandising is useful but attitude matters most(!)
