We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and qualified Teaching Assistant to join our amazing team. The successful applicant must have an excellent rapport with young children, be committed to the highest standards of educational provision and be in sympathy with the aims and ethos of Lady Barn House School.
The successful candidate may be required to work across either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 and will play an important role in supporting both pupils and teaching staff to ensure high-quality learning experiences. A relevant and recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is desirable.
Lady Barn classes typically have around 24 pupils, with a balanced mix of boys and girls, enabling staff to build strong relationships with children and provide effective support within a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
During school holidays, the successful applicant will support the schools Holiday Club provision, Barney’s Breakout, as a Holiday Club Assistant.

The position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and temporary from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2026 i8n the first instance.
