- Meet the day-to-day personal and emotional needs of all residents.
- Actively promote the independence and dignity of residents with visual impairments.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
- Provide compassionate care for residents who are unwell.
- Undertake the role of a key worker, contributing directly to person-centred care plans.
- Report to the shift leader and support domestic, laundry, and kitchen teams when required.

Hours & Shift Patterns:
- Minimum of 24 hours per week available.
- Day Shifts: Varied hours throughout the week including 08:00–14:00, 14:00–20:00, or full days 08:00–20:00.
- Requirement: Ability to work alternate weekends.

- Work Remotely: No (This is an on-site care position based in St Leonards-on-Sea).
