We are KitKing Pro, and we are the UK’s leading Teamwear Specialist, provide playing and training kit, as well as leisurewear and merchandise to Football Clubs all over the UK and Europe. We are currently looking for one part-time Retail Sales Assistant to assist in our Club Store at KitKing Pro Ltd, Bradford City FC Shop, Valley Parade, Bradford, BD8 7DY.

Key Responsibilities
To deliver an outstanding customer experience while proactively driving retail sales within the Club Store. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, confidently recommend products and maximise every sales opportunity through effective product knowledge, upselling and cross-selling techniques.
This role involves creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock, processing transactions accurately and supporting promotional campaigns and kit and product launches. You will play an active role in achieving individual and store sales targets, whilst building positive customer relationships that encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
Working as part of our retail team, you will contribute to the overall commercial success of the store by identifying sales opportunities, maintaining excellent store presentation and delivering consistently high standards of customer service.

Additional Information:
You will be required to work on non-match days and match days, and this may include evenings and Sundays during the football season.
