An opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie, with excellent culinary and organizational skills for this busy 21 bedroom boutique hotel in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
The successful candidate must have relevant experience and working with fresh local produce as the majority of items are freshly prepared. As part of a brigade of 5 chefs, the successful candidate must be able to display good team work and to the assist in the maintenance of high standards of hygiene and safe working practices.
Hours will include some straight shifts and are any 5 days out of 7. Weekend availability is essential.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with formal training and qualifications and who has had previous experience in a similar environment.
Job Types: Initially a casual basis, however could lead to permanent hours
Experience:
- cooking: 3 years (Required)
- Gastro Pub experience is an advantage
- Food Hygiene Level 2 is essential
