Curd & Cure is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Advisor.

The Role
You will identify opportunities to grow accounts. This could be through introducing new cheeses, suggesting seasonal swaps, promoting new product launches or recommending complementary deli and charcuterie lines. You will play an active role in upselling across our wider portfolio, helping customers build more compelling counters and menus while supporting our internal sales targets.
You will be responsible for supporting customers day-to-day, delivering an exceptional level of service at every touchpoint. Alongside managing inbound calls, orders, emails and messages, you will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products and help them maximise their ranges.
You will also liaise closely with Stock Control and Purchasing to stay informed on availability, lead times and new product development, ensuring customers are kept informed and offered suitable alternatives where needed. Maintaining accurate CRM records, customer call schedules and account notes will form an important part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
A Cheese-Focused Position
Cheese sits at the heart of what we do and this role reflects that.
You will be expected to speak confidently about our ranges, recommending cheeses based on style, milk type, occasion and price point. Whether supporting a farm shop with counter development or helping a chef refine a menu, you’ll act as a trusted partner, offering pairing suggestions, seasonal insights and product knowledge that adds genuine value.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm, confident and customer-focused, with a strong attention to detail and an organised approach to their work. You will be commercially aware, comfortable recommending products and motivated by the opportunity to grow customer accounts.
A passion for food, particularly cheese is key, alongside the ability to build rapport quickly and represent the Curd & Cure brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Previous experience within food wholesale, hospitality, deli retail or telesales would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
