Job Summary
As a Crew Member at Taka Taka, you will be an essential part of the restaurant team delivering outstanding customer service and helping create memorable experiences. You’ll assist with food preparation, serve customers with a smile, maintain a clean and efficient environment, and support daily operations in a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service
Greet guests, take orders accurately, and ensure friendly, efficient service at all times.
- Food Preparation & Presentation
Prepare menu items to Taka Taka standards including wraps, salads, grills, sides and desserts — ensuring quality, freshness, and presentation are consistently excellent.
Keep front-of-house and kitchen areas clean, sanitised, and well-organised throughout shifts.
- Point of Sale & Order Handling
Operate the till, process payments, and manage takeaway/delivery order packaging.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow, assist with restocking, and help during busy periods.
Represent Taka Taka values by serving authentic, high-quality Greek street food with enthusiasm and pride.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a friendly personality
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends for part-time roles)
- Team player with good communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Previous hospitality or retail experience is a plus — but not essential as full training is provided
