We are Bunny run childcare ! A 140 place nursery set in 5 acres of beautiful woodland. We have a lovely staff team that are dedicated and committed to making a difference to the children and improving better outcomes in learning and education. We love to offer a wide variety of activities that engage our children's interests in the natural world and promote curiosity to be active, explore and investigate.
We also have a well established forest school and offer Rugby twice a week this provides children with more opportunities to develop a range of skills, build confidence and independence.
Bunny Run childcare is committed to looking after its team and has been accredited as a living hours employer which provides security of hours. We are also a real living wage employer and pay above the minimum wage.
We are looking to recruit a enthusiastic and motivated individual with a real passion for developing young minds, You will need to display a in-depth knowledge of the EYFS, and be able to explain a curriculum, safeguarding and the new Ofsted framework.
You will need to have a relevant Level 2 ( with English and math's) or Level 3 childcare qualification to apply. Experience of day nurseries would benefit you but is not essential.
All successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure unless already on the update service. All references will be sought prior to starting.
The nursery is open for 51 weeks per year, Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 6pm. This position is full time, 40 hours a week. We close for the week between Christmas and New Yearly.
