Role Overview:
We are seeking a Production Operator to join our Production team. The role involves supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, including bulk preparation, filling, packing, and cleaning, while ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP, and health & safety requirements. This is a hands-on role within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out production activities across manufacturing areas including bulk preparation, filling, packing, and cleaning in line with approved SOPs.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) at all times.
- Complete production records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Report any non-conformances, deviations, or equipment issues to the relevant supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within production areas.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement activities as required.
- Comply fully with health & safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or pharmaceutical environment is desirable but not essential (full training provided).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive attitude to work.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and basic documentation skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
Working Hours:
Shift-based working pattern:
- Morning Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
- Night Shift: 9:45 PM – 6:15 AM
Working Conditions:
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Manual handling and standing for extended periods may be required
- Strict adherence to PPE, hygiene, and safety protocols

Pay: £25,369.80-£27,000.00 per month
