Job Title: Dual Deputy Manager
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday office hours
Locations: Tile Hill (CV4) and Warwick (CV35)
Homes: Maple & Mulberry (2 beds each, total 4 beds)
Salary: £37,125 to £39,375 depending on experience
Dual Bonus: £2,500 per annum
Annual Bonus: £2,000 per annum on target earnings
Estimated earnings before overtime: £41,625 to £43,875 per annum
Ofsted Outstanding Bonus: £750 per home

About The Role
We are seeking to appoint a deputy manager to oversee 2 small homes located about 20 minutes’ drive from each other. This is not a shift-based role and does not include sleep-ins as part of the standard rota. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required to meet the needs of the young people. Any sleep-ins completed are paid at an additional £45 per sleep. You will be working closely with the managers in both homes to ensure effective delivery of care across the two services.

Do I have what it takes to apply?
- Essential - QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare/Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
- Essential - Suitable experience at Senior/Team leader or Deputy manager level specifically within a residential home for children, leading on shifts and following the children’s homes regulations.
- Essential – driving licence and access to own vehicle
