What will you be doing?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building your own market and developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Your role will include:
- Building and managing your own network of clients and candidates
- Developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships
- Becoming a specialist in your chosen recruitment market
- Sourcing and interviewing high-quality candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiating offers and successfully closing deals
- Working towards achievable targets and earning uncapped commission
- Developing your career as your experience and performance grow

About you
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and resilient, with the determination to build a successful and financially rewarding career in recruitment.
You’ll ideally be graduate calibre with at least 1–2 years’ full-time work experience and be motivated by success, progression and personal development.
You’ll be:

Previous experience in recruitment, sales or another client-facing role is advantageous, but not essential.
