The Role
As part of our Engineering Team—one of our most valued assets—you will help maintain a safe, efficient, and continuously improving production environment. You will play a key role in equipment maintenance, breakdown response, and driving technical excellence across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute and demonstrate a safety-first mindset.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose faults and conduct root cause analysis.
- Provide electrical expertise and technical support.
- Maintain clear written and verbal reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities.
About You
You will bring:
- A relevant and recognised Engineering qualification (multi-skilled would be an advantage)
- A demonstrable commitment to safety and compliance
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach and a drive for improvement
- Desire to learn, in conjunction with accredited training opportunities.
- Effective communication skills and PC literacy
- The ability to problem‑solve and support cross‑functional teams
- Knowledge of pneumatics end electrical fault finding.
- Fabrication experience (advantageous but not essential).
- Knowledge of PLCs (advantageous but not essential)
