Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting / Bar Staff. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service, ensuring our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in the door. Key Responsibilities:
Waiting Staff:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Take food and drink orders accurately.

Serve food and beverages to customers with attention to detail.

Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu.

Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.
Bar Staff:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Create cocktails, handle drink orders, and ensure the bar area is stocked and clean.

Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.

Monitor customer intoxication levels and serve responsibly.

Assist in keeping the bar area organized and well-stocked.
Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a hospitality role (waiting or bar staff) is preferred but not required.

A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering great service.

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
