Fanshawe Property Services Ltd are looking for an experienced Carpentry-biased Multi Trader / Kitchen Fitter to join our growing team working on a long-term social housing voids contract. This is a 5-year contract with Castle Point Borough Council, offering consistent, ongoing work.
The Role
You will be working within void properties carrying out:
- Carpentry works (doors, frames, repairs)
- Full kitchen fitting (essential)
- General multi-trade works to bring properties up to lettable standard
- Basic tiling and plumbing as required

Requirements
- Proven experience in a social housing / voids environment
- Strong carpentry background
- Kitchen fitting experience (essential)

- CSCS Card (essential)
- Asbestos Awareness (essential)
- Full UK driving licence

- Carpentry qualifications
- Experience working on planned works or void contracts
