Duties
- Assist with surface preparation tasks, including sanding, cleaning, and masking to ensure optimal finishing quality
- Learn to operate spray guns and other power tools safely under supervision to apply paint or finish coatings
- Support the assembly of components using hand tools, fabrication techniques, and basic math skills for measurements
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper storage of tools and materials in the warehouse setting
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks, including handling chemicals and operating equipment
Experience
- No prior experience required; however, familiarity with mechanical knowledge, hand tools, or workshop experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of math for measurements and calculations related to assembly and finishing processes
- Previous exposure to construction painting, fabrication, or assembly work is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills related to spray finishing, welding, and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
