Duties
- Coordinate property viewings with prospective tenants, ensuring schedules are managed efficiently and professionally
- Act as the primary liaison between landlords, tenants, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication
- Assist in preparing tenancy agreements and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing clear information about available properties and rental processes
- Maintain organized records of all lettings activities, including viewings, applications, and contractual documents
- Support marketing efforts by updating listings and promoting properties across various channels
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure properties are ready for viewings and tenant move-ins
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
