Job Summary:
Waeshous is an independent dry cleaners and launderette in Bristol, known for high standards and a modern approach. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused Presser to join our finishing team. The role involves pressing garments from everyday items like shirts to delicate wedding dresses, ensuring each piece leaves looking perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Press and finish garments to a professional standard (shirts, trousers, dresses, coats, wedding gowns, etc.)
- Use both hand irons and a roller ironing machine for larger items (e.g. bedding and sheets)
- Inspect each item for quality before packing
- Tag and bag finished items ready for collection
- Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace

- Experience in pressing or garment finishing
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality
