Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team, based in and around Walsall. This role is responsible for overseeing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site operations, coordinate trades, and support our commitment to customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen and bathroom refurbishment operations on site
- Coordinate multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, tiling, electrical, plastering) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Oversee schedules, materials, and workflow to meet programme deadlines
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and quality standards
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate where required
- Support and mentor site operatives and subcontractors
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational best practices
Skills & Experience
- Previous supervisory experience in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments or general building/refurbishment works
- Strong understanding of refurbishment sequencing and trade coordination
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- High attention to detail and quality
Qualifications & Compliance Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- SSSTS (essential) or SMSTS (desirable)
- Relevant trade or construction qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
