We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team, providing person-centred support across two Supported Living services located within 30 minutes of each other.
This role is split across two services, supporting two individuals with differing and complex needs. One individual has Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) and presents with self-injurious behaviours, requiring compassionate, trauma-informed and emotionally attuned support. The second individual has epilepsy, autism, a learning disability and a personality disorder, requiring consistent, structured support to promote independence, safety and wellbeing.
You will work as part of small, consistent teams, building positive relationships with the individuals you support while delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes choice, dignity and independence.

What you'll do
- Provide person-centred support across two Supported Living services located within 30 minutes of each other.
- Support individuals with personal care, daily living tasks and accessing their local community where appropriate.
- Build trusting, therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Support individuals experiencing emotional distress using trauma-informed and low-arousal approaches.
- Recognise early signs of emotional dysregulation or health deterioration and respond appropriately.
- Support an individual living with epilepsy, autism and a learning disability, following epilepsy care plans and risk assessments.
- Follow Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies, care plans and risk assessments at all times.
- Administer medication safely in line with company policy and training.
- Complete accurate daily records, medication documentation and incident reports.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain a safe, clean and supportive home environment.
- Work confidently both independently and as part of a team.

Training and qualifications
Health and Social Care Level 2 or Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
