Job Summary
As a Server, you will be the vibrant face of our dining experience, delivering exceptional service that leaves guests excited to return. Duties
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness to set a positive tone for their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met, addressing any concerns with professionalism and positivity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout your shift
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to deliver smooth service flow
- Handle payments accurately, process transactions swiftly, and thank guests sincerely for their patronage

- Excellent communication skills with a lively, engaging personality that energizes the dining atmosphere
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
