At EnviroVent, we help people create healthier homes through effective domestic ventilation systems that tackle damp, condensation and mould.
We are a small, supportive team where everyone knows each other, helps each other and genuinely enjoys working together. We're looking for a confident and organised Customer Care & Service Coordinator to become a key part of our day-to-day operation.
This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with people, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and likes being part of a close-knit office where everyone works together. It is a varied role that combines customer service, organisation, communication and relationship management.

About the Role
You will be one of the first points of contact for homeowners, landlords and tenants getting in touch with EnviroVent.
Every customer contacting us is looking for help with a problem in their home. We pride ourselves on treating people with empathy, professionalism and respect from the very first conversation.
A big part of the role is understanding each customer's needs, asking the right questions, and arranging surveys for our specialists to attend. You will also support existing customers by discussing servicing and maintenance options.
We're not looking for someone who knows everything about ventilation—we'll teach you that. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to become an important part of a small team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
- Speaking with homeowners, landlords and tenants about damp, mould and ventilation concerns
- Asking questions to understand customer needs and identify the right next steps
- Booking property surveys and coordinating appointments
- Following up with existing customers regarding servicing and maintenance options
- Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
- Working closely with a small office team to keep everything running smoothly
- Taking ownership of your work and seeing tasks through to completion
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in customer service, property, lettings, scheduling or office administration
- Is confident and personable on the phone and communicates clearly in writing
- Can manage several enquiries at once while remaining organised and calm
- Is reliable, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Builds trust and rapport naturally with customers
- Enjoys taking ownership of their work and contributing to a small team

The stronger your background in customer service or a related role, the higher within the advertised salary range we would expect to appoint.
Working Hours & Location
This is a full-time, office-based role at our Saltaire office.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Because we're a small team, working together in the office allows us to support each other, solve problems quickly and provide the best possible service to our customers.
We understand that life happens, so we'll always try to be reasonable about the occasional day worked from home when personal circumstances genuinely call for it, agreed in advance. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
