We're Hiring – Experienced Fryer / Van Operator
Hooked Fish & Chips is looking for an experienced fryer to join our growing mobile fish & chips business.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience frying fish and chips in a busy environment.
- Full UK driving licence with confidence driving a 3.5-tonne van.
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working.
- Able to work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Excellent customer service and a friendly attitude.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and event days when required.
The Role
- Frying fish, chips and other menu items to a consistently high standard.
- Serving customers and taking orders.
- Driving the van to and from trading locations.
- Setting up and packing down the van.
- Maintaining high food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
