Duties
- Welcome clients warmly and assess their grooming needs with attentive listening and clear communication
- Perform professional , barbering, and grooming services according to client preferences and industry standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment by sanitizing tools and stations regularly
- Provide personalized recommendations for hair care products and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded throughout the service
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering to deliver innovative services
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service within barbershop setting
- Skilled in hair styling, barbering, and grooming techniques with a strong portfolio of work preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging with diverse clients confidently
- Knowledge of current hair trends, products, and industry best practices
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience using appointment management systems is advantageous
